The Museum of Contemporary Art is launching Women Forward! online catalogue, which highlights the new perspectives on art history, occurring in the dialogue between the older and the younger generation in the exhibition works.
WOMEN FORWARD! includes texts by curators Ulla Angkjær Jørgensen and Birgitte Ejdrup Kristensen, interviews with the participating artists and texts by Sanne Kofod Olsen, rector at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts and Birgitte Kirkhoff Eriksen, director of the Museum of Contemporary Art and can be downloaded here

It happens at the same time as the launching of LIGE – a digital festschrift on contemporary art, which is part of the Danish government and parliament's official celebration of the 100th anniversary of women's suffrage and the 1915 Constitution and contains works by 21 contemporary artists within visual arts, sound composition, choreography and literature. The festschrift is edited by Sanne Kofod Olsen and Ditte Soria.
