Milen (in English: The Mile) is an extensive landscape south of Roskilde Dyrskueplads.
Projects
The museum is involved in a number of major projects, which strengthen the museum’s general profile within mediation, research and teaching. These projects are often funded by government grants or private foundations. The projects are long-term and led by one of the museum’s permanent staff.

Two-in-One Teaching Source Sorø Kunstmuseum, Sorø Akademi, Roskilde Gymnasium and The Museum of Contemporary Art in Roskilde have developed and produced a two-in-one teaching source targeted gymnasiums. -
The Museum of Contemporary Art has expanded its exhibition room with an exhibition case placed in the little passage Snæversti as a part of "The Culture Wall" - 8 exhibition cases used as show windows for the local cultural institutions in Roskilde. -
